Directions for Use

After shampooing your child’s hair with our Hydrating Strengthening Shampoo, apply the J'Organic Solutions Biotin Stimulating Conditioner evenly throughout the hair, giving extra attention to the ends.

Leave the conditioner in for 2-3 minutes to allow the ingredients to penetrate and nourish.

Rinse thoroughly with cool water for optimal shine and hydration.

Order Processing & Shipping Times
We process and assemble orders at our warehouse Monday through Friday.

Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to prepare your order. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be considered next-business-day orders.

Shipping: We ship daily via UPS (2–5 business days transit time) and USPS. We proudly deliver to PO Boxes, military locations, and offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

Note: We observe weekends and standard holidays, so orders placed on Friday evenings will begin processing on Monday.
Double-Check Your Details (Address Policy)
We ship your order to the exact address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully!

If we notice an obvious error in your address, we will try to contact you via email or phone to fix it before shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or if it is uncollected, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the cost to reship it.

If you prefer a refund on a returned package instead of reshipment, the original shipping fee and return fee will be deducted from your total (even if your order originally qualified for free shipping).

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: Wear and tear on the outer box can happen during transit. However, if your actual products arrive damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the damage so we can make it right!

Lost/Stolen: Once a package is handed over to the carrier and marked as "Delivered," J’Organic Solutions cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you cannot find your delivered package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are always happy to provide you with tracking details, carrier information, and proof of delivery to help support your investigation.
International Orders & Customs
We love our international customers! We primarily ship via FedEx International Economy, with other carrier options available at checkout.

Duties and Taxes: As the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or brokerage fees (including Canadian PST, GST, HST, etc.) required by your country’s customs department. We do not calculate or collect these fees at checkout.

Customs Regulations: Please ensure that your local customs laws permit the import of our products. We cannot issue refunds for packages that are refused by customs, seized, or refused by the buyer due to unexpected duty fees.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personal nature of hair care products, all sales are final once shipped, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via chat or email. As long as your order has not yet been packed or staged for shipping, we will happily cancel it and issue a full refund.
Order Acceptance
Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not guarantee immediate acceptance of your order. J’Organic Solutions reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify an order based on inventory availability or necessary security verifications. If we need to cancel your order or supply a smaller quantity than requested, you will only be charged for the items actually shipped, and any necessary refunds will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
