These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the J’Organic Solutions website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by J’Organic Solutions LLC (“J’Organic Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and order information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly at support@jorganicsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, packaging, labeling, ingredients, sizes, and other details may vary from how they appear on your device and may be updated when reasonably necessary. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders when reasonably necessary.

Product descriptions and educational content are provided for general cosmetic and informational purposes and are not medical advice. Individual experiences may vary. Consult an appropriate professional regarding medical concerns, allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient questions.

3. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price, discount, shipping charge, tax, duty, and other amount shown at checkout when you submit your order will apply to that order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error. Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, or other terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amounts shown at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and other governmental fees unless collected by us at checkout.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may verify order or payment information and may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

A cancellation request may be approved only if we receive it before the order has been packed or staged for shipment. Once an order has been packed or staged, it cannot be cancelled, even if the carrier has not yet collected it. A cancellation request is not effective unless and until J’Organic Solutions confirms the cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Claims involving an item received damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect will be reviewed under our Refund Policy. Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact support@jorganicsolutions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control. Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Shipping Policy on a shipping-specific matter, the Shipping Policy controls.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Services; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; submit false or fraudulent information; infringe another person’s rights; or use the Services in violation of applicable law. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including text, product names, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, and software—are owned by or licensed to J’Organic Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal use. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from J’Organic Solutions or the applicable rights holder.

9. Reviews and Other Submitted Content

You retain ownership of reviews, photographs, comments, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant J’Organic Solutions LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our business and Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content, have obtained any required consent from people depicted in it, and that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, carriers, applications, or websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and online Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, J’Organic Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or purchase of products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order or product will not exceed the amount you paid for the order or product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless J’Organic Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and J’Organic Solutions agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice is sent to support@jorganicsolutions.com.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, exclusive venue will lie in the state courts located in Indian River County, Florida or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the applicable federal court serving Indian River County, Florida.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We will provide any additional notice required by law. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any promotion-specific terms presented to you, constitute the agreement between you and J’Organic Solutions LLC regarding the Services.
