The 30-Day Safety Net (Return Policy)

- Unopened & Unused Only: To be eligible for a return and full refund, items must be 100% unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received them, with all original tamper-evident seals fully intact.
- Opened/Used Products: Due to the personal, natural, and hygienic nature of our hair and skin care products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any items that have been opened, unsealed, or altered.
- Return Shipping: For qualifying unopened returns on orders originally over $79, please contact our support team to initiate the process. For orders under $79, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
